LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
DMOS Collective, Inc. takes pride in the products we make. Accordingly, we warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you” or “your”) that your DMOS product will be free from defect in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product, subject to the conditions outlined below.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met :
- You must have purchased the product from DMOS or a DMOS authorized dealer;
- You must provide proof as to the date of your purchase;
- You must return the product to DMOS; and
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s instructions.
YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY
If a defect occurs during the life of the product and you satisfy the warranty conditions outlined above, we will, at our sole discretion, either: (a) repair or replace the defective product or part, or (b) refund your purchase price for the product.
We will make every effort to replace limited edition or discontinued products but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any limited edition or discontinued product still under warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product will be replaced with an equivalent model based on availability. We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not cover: (a) defects caused by third-party: (i) modifications, (ii) repairs, or (iii) replacement parts; (b) normal wear and tear; or (c) the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use (d) abuse and misuse of product
HOW TO SUBMIT A warranty CLAIM
To submit a warranty claim, contact the DMOS Customer Service department at 307-203-2975 or via email at customerservice@dmoscollective.com.
If your warranty claim is approved, we will supply you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)and a shipping label. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records. Products must be returned to DMOS at the following address:

You must include a copy of the proof of purchase and the RMA# with the returned product .
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
There are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, FOR BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE. OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State.
This limited warranty is only available in the United States and Canada. No DMOS reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
