To initiate a warranty claim, select the "Submit a request" link in the upper right hand corner of this page. Please submit all information and any attachments with the ticket and a customer service representative will respond shortly thereafter.
After your ticket is submitted to DMOS, it will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If your warranty claim is approved, we will either:
a). Send you replacement parts at no cost
b). Request your tool be returned to us and send you a new tool at no cost
